Eviction representation
Utah law gives renters very little time to respond to an eviction notice. We provide timely and free legal consultations and representation in court for Utahns facing eviction.
Debt collection defense
People's Legal Aid helps Utahns struggling with debt collection and eviction fees. Our goal is to help our clients understand their rights and to avoid abusive, unfair or deceptive debt collection practices.
Policy and Partner education
We work with stakeholders, partners, and the public to make sure key decision makers understand that housing is an essential human right.
